The Castor Oil shampoo and conditioner left my frizzy, coarse hair really soft and smooth! Even after 1 use I could see a big difference. My hair felt clean, moisturized and sooo smooth. This shampoo was fabulous! It lathered really well on very wet hair, at least for me, but I have fine curly hair. So my hair has to be very wet no matter what I put in it. It cleaned my hair without stripping it. Which I love. Using it with the conditioner left my hair super smooth and tangle free when blown dry. I hardly had to brush it after. Which is unheard of especially after using a blow dryer. Only thing I did not love is the extremely strong almond extract fragrance. It is one of my least favorite scents. But once I rinsed my hair it was gone - Imported from Kitsch.

I have 4A hair and deal with shedding from time to time, so I am always cautious about what shampoos I use. This one surprised me—in a good way. The smell is fresh and not overpowering, it lathers well, and most importantly, it did not cause any shedding. My hair felt clean, soft, and moisturized after washing.
