Testing the sizes does help to get them reasonably comfortable. Better than the other products I have tried. I actually only sleep with one ear plug in (ear closest to snoring partner) and white noise playing in the background and it has reduced the amount I wake up hearing snoring. Would have given 5 stars if it was more comfortable when sleeping on the side with ear plug in. When I lift my ear off the pillow I feel pain in my ear and this wakes me.
