We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. Please review our detailed returns and refund policy below:

Returns and refund policy

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If you find any defects, damage in transport, or receive the wrong item, notify us immediately via email within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for returns. 

To qualify for a return and refund

  • Returns and refunds are only available for faulty/damaged products or incorrect shipments.

  • Unfortunately, returns, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and shipping mailer.

  • Due to the hygienic nature of certain products (e.g., Clean Towels), returns and refunds are not accepted if the original packaging has been opened or used.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) on orders are non-refundable once an order is processed and marked as shipped.

  • Please provide the images and the receipt/proof of purchase.

  • Returns and refunds are applicable only to full-price purchases; sale items or gift cards/items cannot be returned.

Claims for damaged items/incorrect orders

To be eligible you must email us within 48 hours of receiving your products, and provide the following information:

  • Order number in the email subject.

  • Details of the order (faulty/damaged products or incorrect shipment).

  • To assist in our investigation, please provide multiple images of the parcel and its contents, focusing on the following aspects for damaged parcels:

  • Photos of the damaged Items

  • Photos of the inner and outer packaging

  • Photos of shipping labels on the parcel

We will evaluate the issue, and let you know whether you need to return the products for inspection. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund and replacement

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you of the approval status. We will either refund you or send you a new replacement product or we may decline your request.

The refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. Original shipping charges (if applicable) on orders are non-refundable. If it has been over 15 business days since the refund was processed, and you haven't received the funds, please contact us by email at contact@zulfees.co.nz

The new replacement product will be shipped to the original delivery address and recipient's name. We will send you a tracking number via email.

We reserve the right to reject your request if it doesn't comply with our return and refund policy.

Exchanges

Please make your selections thoughtfully as we do not provide exchanges or accept returns due to a change of mind.
