Overall I am very happy with this product. The first time I used it my hair felt softer and thicker, and was a little shinier than usual. The shampoo/conditioner has a good lather and I really like the lavender vanilla scent. My only con may only apply to my hair type but I will give the caveat just in case your hair is similar. If you have experienced protein overload or buildup with products such as rice protein or bond repair products, you may notice a buildup in your hair with this if you use it too often. I found I can only use this once or twice a week. If I use it more my hair feels a little weighed down. However, when I use it once a week it gives me really amazing results such as extra volume and shine. I do love this conditioner so I can get the oils and supplements I need for my hair without making it oily and greasy immediately. The smell is amazing and it has a great lather. It also made my hair SO soft and shiny! My only reason for giving it 4 stars is because you really have to use this on the very, very ends of your hair if you are prone to oily-ness. I made the mistake of using it right below my head and it ended up weighing my hair down to where it felt heavy and it got greasy faster.
